How do I cancel my subscription?
Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:
- Login. Click ‘Member Login’ in upper right or follow this link.
- Choose “My Membership” in the left account menu.
- Click the ‘Cancel’ button.
- A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address on file. Please check this to confirm you have cancelled.
Come back anytime! Simply use your same username and password to log in. Head back to your account page and click ‘Renew Subscription.‘

How do I get the “standing client” rate of $10/mo?
This special rate is available to ROI clients who hold a “standing private” at the studio. If you are a “standing client” and haven’t received a special coupon code to get a discounted rate please contact us and we will be happy to help.
I purchased subscription on ROI but I don’t see any videos in my account.
You will receive your first videos 72 hours after your account has been created and/or after your intake interview. Please log into your account to check for new videos and custom messages. You will receive an email notification when a new message or new videos are added to your account.
Is ROI On-Demand available in all countries?
Unfortunately, several countries block the video hosting platform that we use.These countries include China, North Korea and Indonesia. You can still view the videos if you are using a VPN (virtual private network.)
